Exactly, and (IMHO) the dragon tatto pattern looks better than the 15k water one.

No. Ascetics and Scar armor gives the same energy bonus.

looks wise 15k is worth it if you have the money too spend.

practicality wise if youre just looking for armor to give you max stats and functionality, then go 1.5k and save your money for items/upgrades
